This policy applies to rclone-backup and to any other personal-use-only applications or services published by the owner of ngjunsiang.me.
The applications covered by this policy are personal utilities, made for the private use of the site owner only. In particular, rclone-backup is an rclone OAuth client used to make encrypted backups of the owner's own files to the owner's own Google Drive. These apps are not offered or made available to the public, and are not intended for use by any other person.
The apps and this website collect no analytics, no telemetry, and no personal information from visitors or users. rclone-backup accesses Google Drive solely under the owner's own Google account, solely to store and retrieve the owner's own files; its OAuth tokens are stored locally on the owner's own device and nowhere else. Any Google user data accessed by these apps is handled in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
All apps and content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the owner of ngjunsiang.me be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the apps, their use or misuse, or this content. These apps are designated personal-use-only; any person who uses them nonetheless does so entirely at their own risk.
